Negros Occidental sits on the central part of the country and is compose of 13 cities and 19 towns. Its capital is Bacolod City.

From the Philippines capital, you may reach the province via air. Three major airlines are servicing the province daily.

KABANKALAN CITY

is 2.5 hours south of Bacolod and is one of the most progressive city in the south.

The city celebrates the famous Sinulog Festival every

second week of January. The highlights of activities is on the second Sunday of January where colorful tribes parade in the city major street for a tribal dance competition.

CADIZ CITY

is a home of the Dinagsa Festival. The festival is the highlight of a weeklong celebration in honor of its Patron Saint, Señor Sto. Niño.

Held every last week of January, this features “ati” tribes garbed in their colorful costume dancing to the fast and deafening beat of drums.
